Courtesy / Replacement Vehicle

We will provide you with a courtesy car / replacement vehicle. also known as credit hire. We will recover the cost from the third party's insurer. We have a large fleet of cars of all varieties, including the latest models from all of the major brands and manufacturers. Our fleet not only contains an extensive range of standard cars but also motorcycles and commercial vehicles,such as taxis and high-value prestige cars alsol!

We understand that our clients are individuals, facing different situations and circumstances, and so our aim is to provide the right vehicle for each of them including accommodating special requests, such as for dual-control cars, commercial vehicles, or automatic vehicles.

We take great pride in our excellent attention to detail and top-notch customer service, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers receive the same high standards and attention to detail from us, delivered with care at every stage of the process.

Your hire vehicle will be delivered to you promptly and at a time that is convenient to you, even in many cases supplying you with a replacement vehicle the same day. One of our team members will guide you through the full process, and our representative will show you around the vehicle and ensure that you are happy with it, complete the paperwork with you, and take care of any questions or concerns that you may have along the way and then you’re ready to go.

The replacement vehicle will remain with you at least until your vehicle has been fully repaired or until you have been compensated for the damage to your vehicle. If your vehicle is a total loss (write-off), we will recover the full value of your vehicle from the at-fault insurer.

Recovery and Repairs

We can offer you a complete repair solution if your vehicle has been damaged as a result of a non-fault accident. We work alongside approved repairers meaning repairs are at manufacturer standards. Once your vehicle has been repaired, it will go through a quality control procedures.

We offer a credit repair service whereby once liability has been established, we will fund the repairs to your vehicle.

If the vehicle is a total loss, we'll recover the before-accident value of your car from the at-fault insurers.

PCO / COURTESY CAR

We understand that while your car is not drivable or under repair, you'll need alternative transport. Life is fast, so without a car we can be stuck. With that in mind we provide a like-for-like replacement car within 10 hours.

QUALITY REPAIR

We will repair your car professionally. Using branded parts only. Our committed staff will ensure your car comes back to you in pre-incident condition.

STORAGE & RECOVERY
